Develop leadership and stewardship tools necessary to address issues and motivate others
Provide unique opportunities for different leadership stages
Reason:
Through seven class sessions, Leadership Marshall County will identify leaders and give them the skills to provide on-going leadership with Marshall County. The sessions and experiences are designed to empower class participants to become leaders to make a difference in our community. Ultimately, our county will benefit by becoming a unified  county with strong leaders in each area - leaders working to move our county forward.
